Recertification Credit: Instructor: Dr. C. Bruce Williams CPH This 6.5 hour seminar will cover the basic tenets of water quality
maintenance, water aeration, marginal and aquatic weed biology, buffer and
right-of-way management, and aquatic weed control (biological, cultural,
physical, and chemical). Through lecture, discussion, and case studies,
participants will gain experience in identifying and making control and
management recommendations for marginal, emergent, and floating aquatic
plants. Participants will be able to make informed decisions when developing
vegetation management plans for buffer development, right-of-way, pond
